Over the course of eight seasons, The Tomorow People roster grew and changed throughout, first introducing viewers to the leader of the Tomorrow People, John, the eldest and most mature of them all and the natural leader of the group. The human trio of young heroes were rounded out by Carol and Kenny, Carol playing the motherly figure, especially to Kenny who was considerably younger than both herself and John.
